GABCC promotes the need for, and encourages, GAB related research via a Research Prospectus for the Great Artesian Basin.
The aim of the Prospectus is to identify priority GAB research. It is hoped that the Prospectus will guide the preparation of new research proposals that provide an opportunity for researchers, industry and resource managers to collaborate in meeting the needs of the management of the Basin into the future.
The Prospectus was revised in 2009 and is included below. Separate documents (including an Introduction and the five Research Question themes) are also included below.
An abridged version of the Prospectus was published in 2009 and is included below. Copies are available from the GABCC Secretariat.
